I had to run a 30k (18mile) run this past Saturday for my training. Not actually all that bad considering it was 18miles lol. However, I made a VERY VERY big rookie mistake - - no body glide (ie, a stick that looks like deoderant and prevents any and all chaffing) It is a stick of the gods and I forgot it on Saturday. Unfortuantely, I have SEVERE blistering and chaffing all along my sports bra lines...not fun at all. And, of course, every time I take off any bra, the chaffing scars tear and open up and the pain begins anew...my 20mile run should be very exciting this Saturday with this new twist -at least the legs are feeling good and holding up!
