So, we are new to this...I figure that it has been so hard to keep up with all of our friends, it might just be worth it to "blog" so that we can all keep in touch one way or another.

Another night in Manhattan. Walked home from work to the sound of cab horns blaring, loud MTA busses, while drinking in the aromas of foul garbage on the streets awaiting tomorrow's trash pickup and bad pet/human urine. Ahhhh life in the city...

Marcus was at another interview in Florida today - GO GATORS! I asked him if he saw Tebow, unfortunately he didn't. At any rate, he seemed very excited about UF and said that it was to be ranked #1 now as far as the residency match goes. UF would be great and Gainesville would be a good mix of partial seasons and much more financial stability.

I am still struggling with Jake's rashes. Originally we thought that it might be mites that he caught from the dog park. Now, the vet says that he has allergies, needs a special food diet for six weeks, and then possibly allergy testing....is this a dog or a child???? I have been a wreck, I cannot possiblyimagine the stress and worry that comes with children...perhaps I'm not yet ready for that step...

The real excitement for the night was the lovely state of the union address. The seventh and thankfully the last from our lvoely yet useless President George W. After being so closely involved with the 2004 campaign and Senator Kerry, I have a hard time really throwing myself into the cadidates and their "fake politics". November will be interesting.

First of all...I hate you
Secondly...the sound of raging country music is coming from AJ's room, follwed abruptly by Lauryn Hill, "That Thing." And you think YOUR home life is bad hahaha. Oh, and did I mention just a few minutes ago he walked in on me naked. This will be the 2nd time it has happened this week, and it's Monday. So, you are a complete loser for having a blog....but it's informational....How often shall I expect these?

I'm so happy that Marcus has put UF as his #1 choice! YAY! You guys need to get your butts down here! I'm glad you're doing the blog thing. It will be good to keep in better touch. Not much has changed here. Daisy is as fat and happy as ever and is chillin' with me on the couch. Not much good news here, so I'll write more when things start to turn around! When are you guys coming down to visit?? We miss you!! Love ya!

Ok so this blogging thing is all new to me...it is kind of cool. I like it.
I can not wait for you guy to come home. You need to be closer. The goirls are so excited and it will be perfect when they both get accepted as well to UF. Keep praying and keep the fingers and toes crossed. Dogs are difintely like kids!!!! But they are awesome!!! Roscoe and Mia are now getting more use to being inside the house...they aren't destroying and things over with their tails. But I am still waiting for them to calm down...geez they're 5 already and they are still like big kids. I will definitely check the blog everyday for the updates. Hey can I post pictures too???
